Application Fee and Cancellation: All online course cancellation must be made in writing to the course leader via scaassured@gmail.com.
Policies are as follows:
Cancellation 4 weeks prior to the course : Non refundable and SCA Assured will retain full cost of the course.
Cancellations received up to 4 weeks before the course: you are entitled to a full refund less a £35 administrative fee.
Access to the Site and Services: Access to our Site and services is temporary and subject to change or withdrawal without notice. We are not liable if our Site or any services are unavailable at any time. Certain parts of the Site or services may be restricted to guests or registered users. If you receive a user identification code, password, or any other security information, keep it confidential and do not share it with others. We may disable your access if you fail to comply with these terms.
Terms: We reserve the right to use anonymised candidate feedback about the courses on our website
